It's easy, quickly done, the menu is well structured. I only would recoomend to give a hint, that you can choose "other" if you don't find your hotel in the list.

We were advised by American Airlines on our day of travel to use this website for the necessary paperwork to enter Curaçao from the U.S. We were told we would need to have all information filled out before our connecting flight in Miami. This was stressful due to time constraints and the website was not user friendly. Also due to the time constraints we paid to expedite approval of our paperwork so we would be allowed in the country once we arrived. In total we spent over $200 unnecessarily as we later learned we could have used another website for free. The travelers in our group who flew with Delta airlines were not told to use this website and paid nothing to obtain what they needed to enter Curaçao before our arrival. We feel we were scammed.

The Ministry of Justice in Curacao do not accept the application tourist card it must be a VISA to be accepted in Bonaire. How we will get the VISA we asked for. another wrong information on the application card Port of embarcation is Curacao not Aruba Place of stay is Bonaire why you put others
