If there is an area that, I believe, could be improved upon would be access to a live representative. I was after 3 days, with several phone call attempts, able to speak to a representative. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and reassuring to me that everything would be handled in a timely manner.
The process was fast and more user friendly than country web site.
