I was charged to receive the digital immigration card when you can receive your digital immigration card completely free of charge.
Why was I charged $157.70 for two ED cards when they are supposed to be free? I want a total refund now.
Fees which I could have got for free ! Bunch of crooks
We were advised by American Airlines on our day of travel to use this website for the necessary paperwork to enter Curaçao from the U.S. We were told we would need to have all information filled out before our connecting flight in Miami. This was stressful due to time constraints and the website was not user friendly. Also due to the time constraints we paid to expedite approval of our paperwork so we would be allowed in the country once we arrived. In total we spent over $200 unnecessarily as we later learned we could have used another website for free. The travelers in our group who flew with Delta airlines were not told to use this website and paid nothing to obtain what they needed to enter Curaçao before our arrival. We feel we were scammed.
I didn't receive my passenger locator card it didn't come in the attached file even tho the email said it would I am very very disappointed and I would not recommend you guys to any one I have been waiting all day and on top of that I was charged for something that I was told should have been free afterwards and still don't get it all now.
