Compared to the excruciating visa process with the Ghana Embassy in DC, this was a walk in the park. This process was quick n short, no computer glitches at all n the completed form came back real quick with final approval, sweet! Looks like the system has been recently updated. It's quite refreshing to see progress with these applications. The experience was certainly not the best, but it can be better. I got slightly confused towards the end of the process where I was being directed to select additional service. Maybe that was an error on my part. But overall, the experience was good.

The information on Health Declaration Form i completed is totally different from what's on the certificate. I have been sent someone else certificate completed 10 months ago. I'm concerned that you are storing people information on your system and purposely sending it to other person. This is unacceptable
This is a rip off .Completed results should go email. No additional fee needed for mailing documents.
I’m impressed by the assistance and support I got. My case was a bit complicated because I was using a travel document issued by Canadian government and my nationality is Nigerian. The portal wasn’t that flexible. The iVisa team was awesome.

1. Generally a very good concept; however 2. Incorrect information on Certificate regarding travel date, led me to send email request for correction & I Still have not received feedback on correction; and 3.Uploading credit card is not user friendly or comfortable Thank you

Ghana Embassy in Washington DC updated Covid 19 notifies the public & travelers to Ghana that Fully vaccinated travelers are NOT required to take a PCR test To e allowed to enter Ghana I was fully vaccinated . Delta air agent @ LAX refused to give me my embarkment card if I do not fill out the health form (i-Visa) and paying $70. Only then . I was able to proceed That is Wrong. Please kindly refunds my credit card Thank you

This service is alright if you just need a picture, but it mostly depends on the receiving pharmacy if you decide to get your pictures printed nearby. For Example, they do not send with instructions for photo verification (ie: stamp on the back that says it was taken within 6 months) so I was left going to a notary to get that done. It's fine if you don't want to take your mask off in a shop to get a picture, but it really isn't worth it.
There was little bit of long waiting. I arrived there around 08:40am and I Left after 3:45pm. But that was ok. It was a little cloudy inside l guess.
Was okay Lost internet connection, when it was restored , I realised it saved all my imputed data …Nice

The picture and the credit card picture are some thing that is very first time I have seen and it seems unfair to me and I wouldn't want this to be included for any one
You have collected 9,500 rupees for the health declaration forms of 4 people, which is supposed to be free of charge. I don't think its prudent.
It cost too much for a funky sheet of paper says it take longer and got it in 20 mins just another way to get money from us
It will be best if the approval of payment will be faster than within 8 hours. A log in platform should be created to help individuals to signup and login to beguine the process quicker than searching on the web for the forms.
The application was sent back within hours,,,,great job however the fee went from free to $30
At first I was having issues, but that was due to the poor network I was facing.. But later on everything went on accurately and successfully.. Honestly I was so impressed on how my application purpose was quickly achieved..Am grateful so much.
I am not sure why I was required ti complete the form and pay US$ 35 when there is no visa requirement for Kenyan's traveling to Ghana.
