I had issues photographing my passport but end up scanning it. There were issues with the new uploads being lost, with me having to keep uploading when errors in the original were not updated. The support team were very good
I wanted a work visa not a tourist visa. It wasn't clear for me.
Speed of processing excellent. HOWEVER, (a) I received e-mail from you stating that the visa is issued and done, when the attachment from the State of Kuwait only stated that the visa application is currently under processing. (b) you do not retain all the information submitted (DOB, Passport number, etc. etc. etc.) to pre-populate forms for the next time you ask for a visa. Much needless typing.
Before I paid you $20, you showed me the processing time 12 hours. But after I paid you the money and submitted the application, you showed me processing time 2 days. This has put me in confusion that whether I can get my visa before my departure for Kuwait. This is not fair. You should show 2 days processing time in both place.
Uploading passport page would have been easier if informed of the format required. This was not obvious that pdf was not accepted.
