Horrible, whenever there was some issue that required support or explanations the answers were just general and not helpful, i got charged twice , and didn't get refund, ilas my trip was canceled i contacted iVisa asking for a cancellation , the worker assured me to receive the info and wished a good day, that's all they usually do... As i said got charged twice and didn't get refund...do not advise this agency!
Absolutely fast and simple platform to use. However, I would like to suggest you make travel dates editable before submission. Secondly, create a column for submitting other relevant travel documents. Good job
