You did a great job by getting two of my visas in a timely matter. But the third one linger until I requested that you check with the Government Agency to see what was the holdup. They requested that I resend the Visa page, then I received the Visa the following day. More diligence to details is needed. Thank you for you service. I would use you again.

Easy to use app. Visa was approved within 48hours vs the 5 days estimate. I saw a few negative reviews but loads of positive ones, so I took the plunge and I will recommend to others. Uploading the pictures were a bit cumbersome at first but once I got a knack of it (increasing the brightness), it was all easy flow. Foolproof, no human interface required.

Very easy to use and a minimalistic UI for ease of understanding. Only interesting find is that when my public health doc was ready I couldn't review it on the app even though the email said I should download the app for easy access to documents

The process is not difficult, but is a bit complicated. we don't know what are the document needed for the application, only after paying and then we provide the documents especially, the health declaration. The price for the visa is too high, especially now that it is online. When not online we paid much less for the Visa to Morocco. Thank you
Overall pretty straight forward....just hard to track everything down for the 5 travelers in our group.
It would have been helpful if the site would copy the travel information, such as previous cities visited, for all passengers.
I only gave four stars no reflection on the customer service assistant camilla but it was a nightmare trying to get back on line with help from camilla she made it possible to complete my application
