The deliverables were on time, however, for the past couple of days I am getting very late responses from your customer care agents. Sometimes I have to wait 1-2 hours to get a reply back for my query. This is especially disappointing since I had been using your website's service for a while now, and I had gotten very fast responses in the past. I am very disappointed, and if this continues, I will have to seek alternative websites for my VISA applications.
I'm sorry to have to give you 2 stars. My arrival date to Cebu Philippines was supposed to be April 14,2022 not April 12, 2022. The QATAR travel agent would not let me travel until the date was changed to April 14, 2022. I called Victor who was not available, however, another lady employee was going to make a change of dates. I asked for it to be emailed so i could show travel agent and hopefully be on my way. I did not receive any reply from her or anyone during that day. So, another flight cancelled. So, I will be requesting a refund of some kind from airlines and your company if possible. I know I entered the correct dates. Well, probably won't be any next time unless I receive some kind of refund.
