Had trouble with flight #. United Airlines lists flight as UA 32. Not accepted by the app. App should show nnnn as flight # format. Spent 15 minutes trying to get it right.

A couple of things should be clarified for beginners at this process (since the only thing needed two years ago was just a regular travel passport)...1) should have an instruction info section for each part of the form. I was a little confused with the wording of Last Country/Port of Embarkation. 2) The subsequent government embassy form expressing hotel accommodations for quarantine protocol. Unnerving. Need to place a notice for this before starting application process.
