Everything was sorted in a couple of days.. the team reached out and was supportive when issues were encountered
Had a few issues with "missing" information on my application that took a few tries until things were accepted. Had to submit 3 different photos until they decided to just use the first one that I had submitted from the start. I also had to submit my travel itinerary even after I had already put in my arrival and departure details. My husband and sons applications were approved long before mine was, which is odd since it had all the same information minus the picture. Overall the communication was great, and we received constant updates when information was needed and once they had what was needed it was approved right away. Very efficient thankfully.
It saves me from going to professional person to take photos, very convenient
