Flight was missed as the visa was not done within the time frame, paid extra to be done in 3 days but took more than a week, no refund!!! Feel scammed this time
Just sent a third email to ask if the size of my head is according to passport application requirements. No answer so far.
Worst service ever. My passport photo was never printed because the Walgreen was out of 4x6 photo paper. I did not get any email notifying that they can not get the order done. I had to stop by the store twice, then canceled the order in the store.
I ordered two set of passport photos. Both of them processed over 8 hours! I chatted with the “24/7” assistant online, but no response! This service is too bad. I won’t recommend iVisa to anyone.
I was told by the airline at last minuet that I needed this certificate for a transit flight. Then my transit flight was canceled for recent COVID restrictions. iVisa.com was unwilling to give a refund or even a partial refund even after I requested less than 3 hours after submitting the application. Poor, slow customer service and greedy policy. Find another online source for your travel needs.

I try to get the visa for me and my husband because we are in a cruise with a group of 19 people and everybody has the visa, we apply 3 times for error and the 3 times you cancelled our visa I don’t know why and the other 17 people have the visa
We been trying to get our visa since yesterday and our visa has been cancelled 3 times . Please we have paid some tours in Taiwan and we are not going to be able attend because our request for the visa has been cancelled. What can er do to get it?
It take more than three days. I traveled to Kuwait to issue the visa.
First I paid for the 5 days delivery, it was like 50 dollars more and I’m didn’t receive my papers on time. I lost a lot of money because I had to changed my flights tickets. The times I communicate with their stuff they didn’t give me any solution and most of the time they ignored my emails and my conversation in the chat. Really bad experience.
