Paid for rushed 24 hour visa. Took 48 hours, delaying my plans. Company refused to refine rush fee.
24hr rush visa, received after almost 4 days, the usual processing time. As a result (had been guaranteed by a staff member) this cost hundreds of dollars in cancellation and rebooking, but there are no channels for compensation. Rush fee was refunded.
We took the 24h superrush service. Sadly it took 4 days to get it. They paid back the super rush fee. If you in hurry don't trust the 24h service. Fill out the e-visa on the internet by yourself, it would be the same time and you don't have to pay a service fee!

Too many mistakes made in one visa As an experienced traveler (visited 95 countries visited), I am used to working with visa/tourist agencies. This is by far the worst one I have encountered. Ordered the super rush service 24h on Friday. Was contacted to state that there is another application made on my name, was refused to be assisted on that matter, had to use work contacts in Tajikistan to cancel the old application. This was done on Monday. After that, I kept receiving messages that the MFA is busy and they cannot do anything. Wonder why I paid the super rush service? Had to use the contacts again in Dushanbe and the issue visa was issued in less than an hour. iVisa didn't do anything apart from filling the application form. Oh and they made a mistake there as well, as they put wrong citizenship, so they jeopardized by application a day before I have to fly. iVisa should be placed in business books as an example of bad unprofessional, and unethical service
It toom a week before i got my visa mostly because of the high season but im happy with the service.

I applied for a Tajik visa on the 2 day rush service, at extra cost. The normal service is supposed to be 4 days. It ended up taking 12 days, and I only got the visa 2 days before my trip. Despite repeated emails, I did not get a satisfactory response about why it took so long.
Great service. The iVisa website is easy to use for the visa application, and for checking on the status of the application. They email updates on the status of my application.
I did not understand why the first copy of my passport was refused, but the whole process is going smoothly, with very good information level. Activate login: at first I did not understand, because it is written 'reactivate' even for first time and I thought I had already received a password, I should first enter. You should use in first message the word 'create your login' or 'activate your login by creating your password'. I am satisfied, although it took 6 days ( from monday till sunday), but it depends not on you. I will use again your services, if needed.

The people from IVisa were VERY helpful in submitting the right paperwork and getting it cleared with the Tajikistan Embassy. IVisa usually produces visas quickly, but this time there was a delay of several days because the ministry's system wasn't accepting files. The visa, when finally approved, came through literally in the last possible minutes, which had us all scrambling to make contingency plans. IVisa did their best, and followed up with genuine apologies. Great people!
We are very happy to have received our Tajikistan visa. We did pay an extra $100 for a 24 hour turnaround. It still took five days to receive the visa. We are not unhappy with I visa, as we know that governmental agencies will be controlling the timeframe and receiving the visa. if we had received our visa in a 24 hour period We would have definitely given five stars.

Before using i-visa, I had a hard time figuring out the bureaucracy to receive a visa in Tajikistan. The rules always changed, no one at the consulars offices knew how to help or what the next steps were and it took months. After finding i-visa, I got my visa in 3-5 days. Easy!
