This is a qualified 5 star. Everything turned out well and I got my visa on time. However, this was after I got messages saying my visa would arrive after I left (these may have been from the embassy). However, the staff was always available, prompt in responses and were upbeat and confident that things would work out.
I've only had one bad experience where I got my visa too early and when I arrived at the country the visa wasn't good. The rest of the times it was quick and easy
The team is very swift to answer respond. They also update every step and stage of the process. Always ready to answer questions and assist no matter the time differences are.
Very responsive and got good results! Especially valuable over the holiday period and with last minute travel.
