It was easy to use the internet for the Turkish visa. I was pleasantly surprised when we received our visas within 24 hours.
Very easy interface for applying for visa compared to government websites. It is somewhat expensive so I would recommend it for people planning on multiple trips requiring a visa in one year.

I requested for a turkish visa with my Nationality as a Ghanaian with UAE residents permit, but the visa came out indicating Nationality as emirates, but the visa was quicker than 24hours request which is good
Worked pretty easy but got stuck on the last to have a confirmation by mail to home adress, because of short notice it was not needed but got an e-mail to complete the application! Would be good if you could just fill in “v” not required. Otherwise it worked smoothly
Your technical support is good, nevertheless the procedure to receive a visa is not customer friendly. In early time I could buy the e-visa some days in advance without any restriction from Turkish government. It is also difficult to understand the reason for payment of 8 Euros to get the visa in email???
Reasonably easy form to use apart from the area you're visiting..no Bodrum, Turgutris etc. Went online to find Turkish spelling of area where staying.

Thought the interface was easy to navigate, I ordered for a “super rushed” (30 minutes), it has been an hour and a half and Ive yet to receive my visa. However I found that is due to the government processing part and I understand bureaucracy can be difficult. I think it would be better to not write “ Within approximately 30 minutes you will receive a second email containing your eVisa.” When the application is complete and make it more clear what the process is expecting
Did it so fast that I miss there was a place two add more people for the iVisa. So I did two sperate one. Very easy to fill out and apply.
It was an overall a very good experience just felt that the tutorials should also cover how to take selfie pictures with a credit card.
The service is good and I got my visa so quickly than I expected I gave only 4 stars because you charge a lot .
IVisa was able to turn around the visa is in the 4 hours as advertised, well done! I dropped a star because they spelt my name wrong on the email correspondence which had my thinking the visa had the wrong name on it. We went back and forth which was a little frustrating but in the end it came out correct.

It was brilliant the first time but this time it was difficult as I was told I had not completed having paid and then it wanted additions which I didn't really want but it would not let me complete it bless I did something. Then I didn't know whether it all worked untill I got a download! This experience was nothing like as good as the first and cost more!

My visa for Turkey came quickly and the company seems reliable with a website that is easy to use. That's good for older travellers like me! The customer service wasn't so great though. I got an email when I hadn't finished applying for the visa and then when I had a question, my correspondent didn't answer me. But all worked out well in the end and I would recommend iVisa to anybody. Thank you.

Very quick service! I was thinking I would have the visa in a day and the visa was approved in under 3 hours. The live chat feature was not working and no one answered my email but the visa was approved before my question could be answered. Super efficient.

It would have been better, if you could provide some additional information about the "Recommended Add-ons for your trip" why a traveller requires this option, how this option would help him.
My one gripe about the service is that the first time I tried it, l got knocked back with no explanation or reason. Apart from that it was very good.
I would give a five-star but it is very misleading about the embassy registration. I paid an extra $10 for nothing that I know of. I was told that I would get an email and nothing came. I am sorry I checked the box. There should be a confirmation of some sort as your email indicated. I am still waiting for it.
this is my 2nd ivisa experience, very efficient system. the initial greeting robot chat is kind of mechanical, and my chrome browser had issues to fill out online forms and make payment, has to restart on explore browser
Mostly very good; just some boxes did not have clear outlines and were difficult to see so I couldn't figure out where I should put the information I was being asked for.
This cost me a little bit more than other places I went to last year, however, I got accepted right away. The process was quick and easy. Great job I'm all set. Edit: just realized this is a multiple entry visa and the duration of the stay is good for 90 days so yeah it's worth it

Quick and speedy and excellent customer service, and our electronic visas to Turkey were delivered almost instantly to our inbox. My main quibbles are that they are quite pricey (since I found out later on that it’s a lot cheaper to register for the visas on the Turkish government’s own excellent English-language website, and that the US embassy registrations add-ons that I paid another amount for are actually free if you do it on the embassy website)! Plus I had to send them a reminder about the embassy registration, since I did not get an email or see it confirmed on my page even after two days.
Excellent service, did not get 5 stars because its just cost me £81

Fast and easy, but a bit expensive with the service fee, it would be 5 stars if it wasn't so expensive.
This was a quick and relatively easy process. Some issues for me were the following: 1. The site advised that our visas were free, but then charged a service fee, of which there was no prior mention. 2. I am a bit concerned that the downloaded and printed visas will not be sufficient, since add-ons like delivery by mail are offered. Unclear why one would need such a delivery if the downloaded and printed visas suffice?
Excellent assistance. I applied for my visa and then realised that my full name was not on my application, I went through the on-line assistance and my problem was dealt with immediately. Excellent and very quick to get the visa.
I am a planner and very detail-oriented. I applied for my Turkish Visa many months in advance of my trip. The way things are worded on the website, I didn't know you had to do it within ~70 days of your trip so I thought there was just a delay in getting my visa issued. It took several chats with their online chat system before I could get a clear answer. After that everything was smooth sailing.
The experience was good and all done with the minimum of fuss but it is less one star as the price was very expensive. I had to use this website as the Turkish government one would not work for me but the cost was twice as much.
It was an easy process to apply for a visa using this service. However, I had to restart and lost my initial processing fee. On the application form, there is one box for first and middle name, then one for last name. I put my middle name in the first box but forgot to also add my first name. I recommend that the application section has a separate box for first, middle and last name to avoid confusion and customers having to redo the application process.
Quick and easy, but service fees are higher than the actual visa fees.
It would have made people feel more satisified should you make $20 service charge upfront----people will still pay for it cuz no free lunch, but will feel much better cuz they won't be (a bit) surprised by the "catch" after checking all the boxes.
