These guys lied on my husbands visa he isn’t able to have a e visa lucky I caught it before we left and were declined entry they put he had a ordinary passport which I was asked and I explained about 20 times that it wasn’t I want a full refund

Charged me for a Turkish document that I was informed was unnecessary. The government had no requirement for the health declaration form.
This is a scam! I applied for a VISA and got charged for a Passenger Locator form instead. When contacting customer service to get a refund they answer that because the status of my order was “completed” I was not eligible for a refund. And that the reason why I got charged for a Passenger Locator Form was because I didnt need a Visa. 1/ I was not made aware at any point that I didn’t need a Visa. 2/ I got automatically charged for a service I didn’t request. After spending 7 hours on a Saturday going back and forth explaining that regardless of the status of my order I was automatically charged for the wrong product my refund request was bluntly DECLINED! This goes against customer rights. Unacceptable.
Fraudulent services, I applied for single entry and they charged £40+ for the passenger locator form, they made wait from 5th August to 12th august and charged £40 for writing my name and address on form which anyone can write by themselves, such a scammers are sponsored by #BBC, careful with these. I already had these forms for free but thought there should be an HES number to show at customs. So you have charged me £42 for completed forms, what a rip off. If you have any decency you will refund my money.

you are the worst company ever in service (long time process I waited 8 days instead of 24 hours), cheating on customers as I applied to get an e-visa and got instead (health declaration for covid 19) which is a free document that I already got from the airline company and filled it by my own. Plus a very bad customer service that didn't help or understand the problem and just answer prepared answers in a very long time. It took me one and a half hours to be able to chat with the customer service. she answers and goes without reading my answer or waiting for my reply and comes back after a very long time to just answer *not useful answers* and go. In results I couldn't get help or any refund. It is the worst experience ever, I don't recommend this company to anyone.
DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE CHECKED THE TURKISH GOVERMENT SITEI...we feel very annoyed am not sure how this is supposed to work but having filled in form, paid the initial fee then submitted a further confirmation message comes asking me to complete then it will not allow you further without more payment...I think we have been taken for a ride..it is possible to get your PLF easily without any hassle at all in 30 seconds on a government site without these outrageous charges.. I am adding a postscript..I wrote to complain to this company and a young man responded quickly, he could not understand what had happened and he said my paperwork had been approved, but he still did not change the real problem that this company have an email sent out to you which thanks you for your application but you need to do one more step...this step does not allow you to finish the application without paying first, (you have already paid on the initial application and the form from Turkish government is FREE OF CHARGE).....no mater what you do..it is this that makes me think that the employees answering questions dint know how bad their site is..if you complain they will push a very inadequate PLF form to you..I used the government site afterwards, very comprehensive, easy to use and all info on the form which arrived in 30 seconds...you don't need this company site..

Totally crap company, selling products for money that is free… I bought a passenger locator form for Turkey for 36£ and I was for free from government website… They not informing about it, just waiting for people who is in rush… THIEVS and SCAMMERS. Unfortunately, we were charged for a visa for a trip to Turkey, where no visa is required. Now, we're not managing to get in touch with iVisa to claim a return.

I applied for a visa yesterday 11/25/2021 @ 8:12am the date of issue of my passport is 11/28/2016 but on the visa is 11/28/2015 and as soon as I get the email of my approval visa @9:52am I notice the discrepancy and I immediately sent them a email to please correct the date of issue. To my greatest surprise they said I should pay $100 extra to make the corrections. In less than an hour of reaching out to make the corrections WOW this is a rip-off and I am so disappointed with the customer service. Please help I need the manager contact. Thx
Very high price for fill already existing web form, almost in the same format like in the gov site. Link suggest that website will help in getting visa document, later after payment i get information that this gov document is for free and i pay for help.

I have applied for a visa after filling a form, i received a prepared form with all the information I did asking me to review the form for any mistake I did before they proceed with the issuance of the visa .....yes I found a mistake on my place of birth that I did answer them on the spot to rectify... Surprisingly, they came back asking to pay an extra 82$ in order to proceed for the correctio... really a scam I should mention on the reviews to avoid others being trapped >> Anyway, I will contact the local Turkish embassy to report this swindle . Terrible company, find another one to work with. They charge you for extra add-ons like health forms and fail to provide them (they are free from any country website) while also refusing to refund you. This company lacks morals and ethics!
They advertised a visa in 4 hours which we really needed in 4 hours, and paid extra money for that. After we got to Turkey and they could not get us a visa until almost 24 hours we ended up getting one in the airport for much cheaper. We no longer needed their visa and asked for a refund and they refused, amd said it was not their fault. Will be disputing their service with my CC company... BEWARE!!

Shortly after purchasing my ivisa, I realized a few numbers were off on one line. They would not let me correct it, made me repurchase an entirely new visa. That is not ethical.

Ivisa has a chatbot to "help" for service. The IT department should understand their chatbot can't "service" unforeseen challenges. Management should also allocate " human" resources, while the chatbot response system improves. Totally annoying. Don't get me wrong, I look forward to the day when AI takes charge of all our needs.

Unfortunatly i have several issues. Firstly the path up to arriving at ivisa i had the impression that ivisa is the only way to apply for the form. Only later to find out that its handed out in the planes so there is no need for any payed service for this form. Secondly i put in three applicants for three travellers, only after payment to find out only one form is needed for the family, which was not clear at all before payment. Finally, when i received the forms they were far from complete, the home address was not correct, clearly the form was computer generated without human interferance, So all in all i spent a lot of money for nothing. This is a service that is not needed!

Your workers are incompetent. You need to seriously check who you hire. As far as I am aware they are incapable of reading. My passport says I'm a US citizen and they are asking for a resident permit number. I don't understand.

In December 2018 I visited Turkey on tourist visa. I was charged only $20 visa fee by government website. This time I was charged extra $25 by ivisa.com It is a highway robbery by similar website like government one.

I was at the gate ready to fly not knowing I need a visa for the country I was going to. I've been told by the security lady that I need to apply quick and wait a minute for my visa to come through as this happened before with other customers. Unfortunately it took so long for this to come through....and of course I lost my flight and my holiday!! I have no words to explain what I felt!

The worst customer service. My name was misspelled on the visa, thus invalidating it. I asked that it be corrected but was told I would need to pay again, including their "processing fee." I already paid $50 dollars for a useless visa and they wanted me to pay an additional $50 to fix it. Unacceptable. Additionally. You can get the visa instantly at the Republic of Turkey Electronic Visa Application System (link not allowed) for just $20. To conclude the service is non-existent and the cost is grossly inflated. Do not waste your money here.

My understanding having read through the firm carefully that the cost of the visa was about $20.00. This converted to about £15.00 sterling. I was therefore horrified to see that £30.00 had been taken out of my account. Your information was very misleading & I would not use your site again.
this website is not an official Turkish Visa website. Beware of the service charges etc, the official Turkish Govt Visa do not charge for there on line Visa application. trying to contact this company is nearly impossible, no reply to emails etc. Never AGAIN.
