Dear Sir, Madam! the eVisa you have sent to me is incorrect. As I informed you with the flight itinerary, I´ll travel to Dubai on 13 of August 2022 and will stay there until 20. of August 2022. The visa document you mailed to me shows that the visa expires already on 11 of August 2022. Please take care of the problem asap.

the photo didn't work as advertised to be accepted by the government of Dubai, i contacted support and they did nothing. Not recommended at all.
Simple, to the point, fair priced to others offering visas, it cost of what they said it was on their home page unlike another place where at the end when you were to pay the price kept increasing and well thats when I canceled with them. Easy to fill out / understand questions / forms. A little hard to get one picture down loaded but after a while was able to get it threw. Arrived in the time they said it was and wow so happy now have my visa!! Thank you so much!! : )) Would definitely use again and recommend.

According to my ticket and my application I’ll be arriving in the UAE on the 5th June and staying until the 27th June. However, you arranged my visa valid until 23rd June. Please revise my visa upon my staying period between 5th to 27th June. Thanks.
Very easy process. I wish a Schengen visa could bee this efficiently done. I have the following notes to offer: Keep these documents ready: 1. Passport index page scan (photo) 2. Picture of applicant, passport-photo style. 3. Ticket reservations TO Dubai 4. Ticket reservations FROM dubai 5. A hotel reservation, with address (at least the first few night I assume) Note that the visa dates entered on the online form must match exactly the dates on the tickets. Tickets (in pdf format) will be uploaded on the online form, together with picture etc. .jpg is accepted for upload of passport and picture. Keep the picture files and scans small(ish).

The most challenging part of the whole process was uploading acceptable pictures of the passport (no reflections, shadows, etc). Otherwise, the process was very smooth. Highly recommended.
applied for uae visa with bosnian passport. promised approval in 7days, took a bit longer but came still fast. communication with customer service is good, they reply fast but there was some misscommunication between associates. however very pleased and can recommend as ive tried to apply via ica services uae and they required bunch of documents that actually wasnt even needed.

Horrible. iVisa team told me my visa wasn’t ready, “due to government delay”. When, in fact, the application was already approved 2 days prior to my flight. I found this out by contacting immigration itself.
I had apply for a evisa to Emirates Arabes, the service was easy, just some complains because they had write in my Ivisa, in my occupation "UN EMPLOYED", when I am currently employed, the process was delated for one week, but I send a massager to CUSTUMER SUPPORT, they replay to me in one day, and resolved my situation a day after, but in general was good, no bad at all, and I understand some situation could in others hands. I checked my Evisa in the embassy website and was good, same information according with mine Evisa.
I was charged for an express visa 3 days maximum but took a week to get it. So I guess I need to be refunded partially.
