If the status is "Awaiting Government" or "Complete", no refund is possible.
Finally, if the status is "Rejected/Canceled”, you can get a refund of up to 100% of the iVisa processing fees.
All applicants must present a valid passport with at least two new visa pages. To enter Mongolia, the passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended period of stay in Mongolia.
