Initial stage I was doubtful about IVISA is genuine about evisa . After Contacting their helpdesk , I did get prompt response from them with reassuring message. Today I am pleasantlly surprised to receive an email fom the Bahrain Evisa Dept confirming approval for my evisa and directd me to the Bahrain Official website to collect my visa details. Then follow by another email fom IVIsa.com giving me the good news and a copy of the approved evisa whifh can be pintded for reference. IVISA made my day becos my departure date for Bahrain is this coming Friday 20 September
In preparing documents I visa is.accurate , regarding to the promise time to finish visa , even if it's governmental issue , I visa should tell customers the accurate dates marketing for I visa.they used terms of 3.days and 7 days visa to be issued ,.I had to stay 2.weeks and i had.to pay 400 $ to change tickets dates.

Jonel, I went to immigration myself this morning. Despite your checks, the documentation was still incorrect and the application was being rejected. Per the system, you only submitted the application on Thursday, the 20th, which was 3 days after I provided the documentation to you. Applications usually takes 3-5 business days, therefore I cannot see how you were going to provide me with the express service I paid for. I had to meet with the director of visa processing and several other staff members, who overturned the rejection and issued the visa subsequent to a few documents I had to sign there and then for them. With this in mind, you failed to provide a service I paid for. Please subtract the cost of the visa and refund the balance of the total amount I've paid. Just as a note, you should consider your advertising. After our discussion with the director general of visa issuance, he's assured me that nobody is guaranteed to receive a visa within 3 working days. Look forward to receiving the refund.
