Ease of application, speed of delivery. Not sure why I need this though, after 25 visits to Barbados never needed before.
It was an easy application. This is an ED card not a visa application so do not understand why I was charged US$100.

Not certain that I entered the travel information for the four of us correctly. Each entry had to accompany the three other traveler’s information and that seemed redundant having already entered the four travelers initially. However, getting into the country at the airport was very easy and quick by avoiding the kiosks.
The forms were very clear and straightforward. The whole process was streamlined and took only a few minutes.
As an American, I don’t need a visa for Barbados and yet you charged me for one. I want my money back ASAP.

Generally the agents are kind and helpful. I would suggest though that there should be more continuity between agents. I do understand that each agent is very busy but when you respond immediately to a request or have a question, an entirely different agents replies and doesn't seem to have any knowledge of the issue. A bit more attention to detail would be good - my ED Barbados named the airport in Toronto as YTZ when it is actually YYZ. I am sure this won't be a problem but details are important. This a great service to be able to use and I want to continue using it with just a few improvements

Seems like lot of redundant, confusing steps. You just need a negative test result. IMHO
App is clean and easy to understand, but the payment area was unlear.
Had many questions and their response was prompt and helped me through the process. They helped me through every step. I recommend this company whenever you have travel forms to fill out for international travel. It was so less stressful.
I didn't know you had to take a picture of the top half of the passport. 8
Sooo confusing. Not an intuitive app. Very challenging. I am anticipating I have done something wrong and it will cause me great stress at the air port

I found the process a little confusing and am still unsure if I have submitted information correctly. Maybe it’s because I don’t travel enough!!
Have to say that responses were fast and good. The only irritant was that initially,I was informed that there was no government fee but I could not complete the application without checking the add on boxes. Felt put upon.

I appreciate that you are a legitimate company, however for those who are unable to signup for ED card. Because you were attached to the travel company from which I purchased my ticket. I completed the application, assuming that the task at hand was truly difficult. Not a well spent $20USD for me. Travelling to Barbados or other English speaking Countries go directly to their site, it’s an easy process.
For a process that has meaning it all went very well, the process was well layed out and easy to follow, there was always help at hand, I will use this process next time.
It seems to travel you must leave yourself a week before just to complete all forms and test requirements and keep in mind the extra costs Regarding your particular site it was clear and we received docs in less than hour so well done Dennis
