The visa was approved but it doesn’t match my flight date. My flight date is February 3rd 2023 and departure date March 4th 2023 but in the approved visa it stated the visa is valid from February 23rd 2023 and expires by March 25th 2023 which doesn’t match my flight date as stated above. I already booked my ticket before applying for the visa which I’ve always done. Please I need you guys to re-issue me a visa that is valid and matches my flight date. I already made available my flight dates while filling the application form but to my surprise the visa got issued to dates that doesn’t correspond with my flight. I will hope to get a response as I’ve sent you guys an email and hope to get a new visa that matches my flight date
This company has made AUTOMATIC CHARGE FOR 3 DAYS RUSH SERVICE FEE WHEN I ORDERED 5 DAYS STANDARD FEE FOR BENIN VISA. I also get a text message from my bank with hidden extra 100$ charge that bank asked me to approve for my Djibouti visa. I did not send "yes" to that text message with added charge on top of 50$ visa fee and this company failed to get that extra 100$ that they tried to charge me. Check all your bank statements carefully.
I paid extra to get my visa super fast, still I will boarding without a visa after I was sent somebody else visa. When I informed the team of the mistake I was told it will be fixed; more than 24 hours later still nothing
I find it easy and please because, it was very easy for me to access it, anyway some of the demand of requirement are to much thanks
