I shouldn't have had to pay anything and I'm aggravated that this site came up first when I tried to just do the immigration form and it cost me $50!!
I never ask help from you to fill up my form.i came in colombia 3 times and never payed for my check mig.you made me beleive that there was now something to pay and you charged 150$ on my credit card. I Will make a BIG COMPLAIN
This was not accepted at all in Colombia. I was required to pay this entrance fee again despite having already registered and paid on line $75 to iVisa. I expect to receive a refund since I was not able to use this service at all.
I spent over 200 dollars on a required form for entry into Colombia because the official document off of the Colombian website was not recognized by the VeriFly application. I thought maybe the website was outdated, and that iVisa would have the most up to date forms, so i dished out 200+ dollars for an expedited form to keep my family vacation from being interrupted. Once completed, iVisa provided me with the exact same form that VeriFly did not accept, and there are no refunds. Considering that the Colombian website provides the form for free and iVisa did not indicate in any way that I did not need to spend a couple hundred dollars, I have no choice but to give them, and later VeriFly a very poor review.
Got my date of travel wrong. It is easier to just do it myself.
This is just the pre registration that is free and I had already completed on the government website with an immediate confirmation. I expected this to be the processed Mig Check response. Why else would this service cost 77 dollars? If this is the case, there is no value.
I needed the process to be done with 30 hours, so I chose the ‘24 hours option’ except it wouldn’t let me click on that option and had to pay considerably more for the ‘4 hour option’, presumably using the ridiculous reasoning that the start of tomorrow is within 24 hours. Complete joke of a ripoff company.
Very ineffective communication. Did not receive both entry and exit country forms. Kept asking for more money
I asked for a cancelation hours after buying ivisa and a i didn't succeed. i boght for a mistake. i'm so sad with this situation.
I was unable to complete the form with my daughters which are under age. There was always an error. Which is creating a lot of stress prior my travel. I cannot leave my daughters behind
I applied for a visa over 36 hours before my trip and the option for 24 hour processing was not available only 4 hour and 30 minute super rush so I feel like I was ripped off I send a email but they did not reply to me also the discount codes never work
Bad communication and no phone number to contact them also they charge you for something that don’t make sense and they can’t even finish the job don’t wast your money and time with ivisa
I thought the way the service is implemented is Preditory! I had almost 24-hours until my flight and still was forced to use the Super Rush $109 price instead of the 4-hour $64 price.
Confusing email said download here but the link didn’t work. Still don’t know if the form will be acceptable. Help desk not helpful.

I filled out required forms, paid for it and then 2 hrs later was Told there was something missing, there is no directive for what was. missing, but the sure didnt wait to charge me. absolutely disgraceful

You did not allow me the $22 option. I was well within your guideline timeframe yet you/ivisa only allowed me to do the $88usd option. Bait and switch. Flat out in my opinion stole my money. I have a fiance and dos ninos en Itagui. That money would have been used for clothes and more food.
I applied for Colombian mug immigration. The certificate was full of errors . Difficult to get a customer service. I have used them before but this time it was a disaster

I tried to make it a week ago and said that I had to do it 24 hours before arriving. I am doing it 23 hours before and does not let me choose the standard payment and now I have to pay a more expensive one. Very odd trick!

This is a scam. The service I paid for was originally free. They are scamming from doorknobs like me who did not check on the original site. They even had the audacity to register my information incorrectly and the data cannot be modified. Si estás pagando por CheckMig para ir a Colombia, es una estafa. I still need to know how to register for the "mig" form-Colombia 3 days before my Jan 31, 2022 arrival at Medellin, Colombia. I do not have a smartphone.
I just paid $70 for something that I later found out was free.
The Check-MIF Form application for exiting Colombia is ridiculous; it's confusing and complicated. The exiting form should not have the same questions as for entry and the required responses should not be the same as for entry. There should be a customized for just for exiting.
I still have not received my mig form. My friends all got theirs for free yet I pay $20 and I’m still waiting. This will be the last time I pay complete rip off
It had incorrect nationality on my visa!!!! Also when asked about a refund according to their own policy they refused! And on the chat the person based in philipines just ignored me. His name is mhilez. The policy is clear: Special situations where refunds might apply on orders with Complete Status: If there is a delay in receiving your document caused by a processing error on our end, you might be eligible for a refund of your rush or super rush processing fee(s). They made a mistake and then just ignored me! DO NOT give them your money!
I put this rate because I have a bad experience with ivisa before, they did not explain for me about with they need clearly, the second thing, they did not make for me my request at the same time, they did not help me for my visa and at the end they finish my request at a sensitive time for me what it’s affected my trip and I arrive to Turkey then after 14 hours I return back to my country again .

No advance notice this document was required so unable to fly out on the date planned. One less vacation day. Had to pay almost double for another flight the next day, and unable to connect with my friend in Miami. American Airline workers at the kiosk and the American counter very rude and had no idea what form I needed to fly & provided no assistance.
Took twice as long as they promised and charged me for a free service. Awful
There are many requirements to travel international now. having this document approved on the day of your traveling is extremely stressful. It should be ready at least one week before.

Complete lack of communication i send email and chat with agent and no response since November 26th .. I request my full refund back for reporting incorrect dates to the colombian government for my flight. Your business is a waste of money and time for true customers
