I submitted my application for the Colombian Immigration Visa (for three months) on September 26, 2024. I received the Visa on October 04, 2024. Just in time. Thank you. I had difficulty in navigating the iVisa website. Please add an option to change one's Password.
Able to get the visa in advance very easy to use interface, it was missing the flight number id and u had to send me another email.
Not sure why it cost £43. You can complete the form yourself directly on the Colombian website for free and get the same result.
Well, I did struggle for a while, due to very poor information from KLM, they just told me to go to MIG-check Colombia, they did not inform me about the costs ether, I thought I was dealing with a fake web side in the beginning, the name "ivisa" meant nothing to me and I did not connect this with the Colombian immigration authority's, KLM should have inform t me more and better, I was very very skeptical to write down my personal information!!
At receipt of preregistration document, an information should be added : THIS IS THE FINAL DOCUMENT REQUIRED AT THE BOARDER. In this way the customer is reassured he has fulfilled all reqiirements
Paid for a 4 hr rush service and it took 10 hrs. When I no longer needed it The customer service option is garbage. No chat, no phone to call. Could be better
