Giving it a 2* because if you're registing it by phone you encounter some unnecessary problem and you are charging customers to much for a free registration
The web site has issues and did not respond and it took an hour to get someone to chat and then they left after one question
I did not like the fact that I could not submit my application until I added the add on. There was no way for me to not choose. Other than that I like the convenience of the site
They doubled their pricing. It used to cost 15.00 USD now it's up to $45.00 and they did not even give me the option for a 24 hour turn around which would have been more reasonable. Scam!!!!
I needed the mig tomorrow but the only option you gave me was the 30 minute one at double the price and I didn't need it then
Wasn’t able to use standard delivery although travel date was 48 hours away. Was charge the 4-hour expedite fee
It was quick and easy however it is not communicating with my American Airlines. I am still unable to check in !! superfrustrated
