It took very long for our visas to be accepted even though we was using the instructions clearly. It was an overall hassle but the good thing about this is that it replies very quickly
I think your service would benefit greatly if you sorted out your application forms, because they are complicated. Only objection I had concerns your payment- you need to pay straight away, rather than at the end of the application.
