I paid for an expedited visa to Djibouti on Saturday Feb 5. The Djiboutian embassy in DC does not have any option for direct electronic application. My travel started Feb 16th so I was nervous that I had perhaps decided the final details of the trip too late to get a visa in time. I received my approved evisa with an electronic copy and QR code by 1:30 on Monday Feb 7. Fantastic!
