The cost of ivisa was nearly 4 times more than getting the visa directly through the government evisa website. Bit annoyed that I paid so much extra for the same piece of paper.
They rip you off charging way over the cost of visas any where else
Each time I try to submit my answer you disappear this is the type of problem I had. As I wrote before I will never ever try to get a Visa on line and have my a promise to my husband and her to that. Throughout the visa it said I was going to pay in Canadian dollars, right up and even including the acceptance click. Then after my visas are approved I get an email saying thatnk you for the payment is USD. That is a huge difference in value and not what was agreed upon. Majorly upset by this overcharge
you people are deceptive in your presentation of selling visas! I will never deal with your company again!
Unfortunately using Ivisa I paid AUD438 (just over AUD$300 more than what I should have paid) for my 2 Indonesian visitors visa ! Admittedly I left the booking a little late (within 24hrs) only to find upon arrival to Indonesia that I could have paid for my visa upon entry in local currency (approx AUD $50).
It's scam, i went through customer and they literally told me i got scammed and this is not their website. I don'r know why i can't reply to your reply. I sent you and email with the email that you guys sent me. When i went to border patrol in indonesia they told me first of all this is not a visa it's supposed to be for customs, so after i payed for visa I went to customs and they made me pay again because they don't recognize this as legit. They pointed me at the official indonesian website to get the customs declaration and any other website they consider a scam.
Way to agrasiv marketing.. try to sell you items you can have for free .. like costum decleration in bali
Visa didn’t work in Bali and had to buy a new one.
I would like to request a refund. The customs declaration does not require any payment and customs officials at immigration passed me on to border security where they did not accept this document you provided. Therefore, I had to go back to immigration and purchase Visa on Arrival. The electronic form I completed to get my customs declaration took less than a minute to complete. This was a waste of my time and money and request I receive a full refund.
Its a scam. They made several mistakes on my and my partners forms and refused to correct them.
iVisa’s service is terrible. I paid for a health clearance and you sent me a customs clearance. They are not the same thing. I paid for a annual visa subscription service and I want my money back! I’ve asked for a phone call to discuss this and I get no reply. The people that I’ve corresponded with don’t seem to know what they are doing. I’m a very angry customer who will not be using your services again.
There were many wrong issues with my health card print out!The place that I’m arriving at is has the wrong date ,The swat I’m flying is incorrect & The place where I’m arriving from is incorrect.I can’t edit my application &redo it again.😒🙁
This is the worst service i have ever received. Charged me for 30 minutes service (i paid for rush rush service) $60. Received an email there are delays due to high traffic... DID NOT receive a visa, got a health certificate which is free anyhow in 18 hours. Asked for explanation and refund - was answered in a bad manner - NEVER IVISA AGAIN
