It‘ very easy to apply for the Visa, but in advance it’s good to know that you have to upload a passport photo and your passport from the files
Fairly easy to use. We struggle a bit with Technology so attaching the photo took awhile. We paid the tourist entry fee too but not sure what happens to this.
So as you have to do your Visa before you can get into Bali you need to fill out this form so that you can enter Bali. So it’s a necessity.
I had to contact via website for help and it was very quick and helpful.
Easy to apply , just make sure you have visa photo and passport photo in your laptop gallery then it’s very straight forward and I’m in my 60s and have only basic techno skills.

Overall good experience easy to navigate around site. Only too a few minutes to complete a bit expensive could this be done at arrival.

Easy process. Just need to remember that when it asks for your flight details, that you can put N/A in the flight number area if you are not entering by plane (ie: Ferry etc).

One key problem; - I paid for the service AND THEN found out detailed further information was required - flight details, essentially. Also - I am non-Indonesian, 83 YO and the Staff were so supportive, and understanding; - I thank them for being so.

Excellent service. Super fast delivery from application online to visa receipt via email, less than 15 minutes!!! My only feedback is the price is a little high compared to getting a visa on arrival at the airport. Not a complaint though considering the 15 minutes 👍

It was quick and simple to apply and get the visa but I don't know why it charged me an extra $350 when you could get this visa at the airport upon arrival without paying anything extra. This should have been explained so I could make an informed decision.

Congratulations. Simplicity of required inputs for an Indonesian visa was amazing. Uploading of PP and photo may challenge digitally inexperienced applicants who dont know their way around their PC to copy and upload.

It mostly worked. I was having some difficulty with it but I can't remember what it was. I knew it took me a few tries to complete it. Need to send out this survey much sooner, while I can remember what the problem was.

Was very fast. I only wished there. Was a possibikity to chose visa submitted alsi in a week insrwad of onky 24 hrs ir 4 hrs.
It was difficult to get an appropriate selfie that the website would accept. I didn't know why the picture was not accepted ("can't see entire face" - I think my beard confused it?).
I needed help from my local travel agent to complete the application. I was confused at doing the photo requirements. Filling in the documents was easy.
