Easy to use; Quick response when a picture was blurry or not as readable as it could have been. The whole experience was fairly easy. The only recommendation is to put a list of information that will be needed at the beginning so all documentation can be gathered before starting the process. i had to keep getting up and finding the next piece of information.

Everything was relatively easy, with the exception of documents. While I followed the instructions exactly, It would not accept my photo (even though I used the same one for a Vietnam visa two days ago). Same thing for my friend, would not accept her photo or passport copy until we retook photo & tried multiple times on the passport copy. Finally accepted it.
You can trust them. They are Good, but sometimes, they didn’t respond immediately.

It was great that I could organise my vis early but the process and having so many details and questions to answer made the process a bit clunky, needing flight and accommodation booked before applying seems excessive.

This company provided good followup and tips to upload information into their portal for rapid visa approval. They also provided links to completing on On-line customs form prior to arrival to your target country. Their visa fee is high compared to other companies.

It was generally efficient, but at the end I kept getting the same message that I had skipped questions. I checked several time, I had not missed any questions. I left it until the next day and checked again to find a message all received and being processed

Live the experience. However, it was confusing and frustrating that the application did not recognize nor accept my USA passport number, even though I 100% confirms I had typed in my correct USA passport number.

Very costly even for 24 hour service which was done in 15 minutes could have paid for rush but could have taken longer for return don’t really understand why so expensive!
Response time is very quick. Site is easy to use and works well. On the downside there is nothing to instruct you what you need to have ready and there is no advice as to how much it will cost. Yes, it is more expensive than the standard VOA at the airport. However you don't need to queue for hours as I did last time when the system was updated, but no one knew how it worked. Bank transfer for payment would also be a good addition. not everyone has a credit card handy.
The experience was tempered by us being older and retired and therefore finding some of the steps challenging to do on the computer.

The visa came back unsuccessful but was rectified by support quickly. I marked it down slightly as a very simple process was made slightly difficult but we got there in the end. The automated service probably requires tweeking
Difficult to supply Airline tickets as requested when they are not issued prior to date of trip.

Using this site was relatively easy to use. It takes you step by step through all the documents you need to submit. (Photo of Passport, Photo of yourself, PDF of your flight details, Address of where you are staying) Only negative was that it was supposed to cost $50AU, but it ended up costing double. I wore the cost because the site was easy to use.

You kept us in the loop as having received application, then advised us of the information we didn't answer correctly. But we entered the address as provided by p&o as to address needed for Indonesia. My visa is now ready to print but my travel companion is still struggling. (A computer savvy friend did my application and corrections for me)...older generation struggling

It was relatively easy to get the Visa on line for somebody my age , even though it was more expensive this way.
Never heard of IVisa but we gave it a go .( The reviews were all good .) Apart from the copious information entered more than once and the fact that you have to pay upfront , the process was quick and trouble free. We couldn’t get the family discount to work which was a bit of a bummer . So if we aren’t escorted out of Bali at gun point in a couple of weeks , we will be very happy with the service . Sure beats waiting around in the airport for 2 hours …or at least we hope it will (lol )
Found this website by looking online on how to apply for our Indonesia visa.. had a few issues with accepting our passport photos.. but other than that easy to follow instructions and we had our application approved very quickly, the app is really good as kept us up to date with progress. Would definitely recommend…
If a faster way of processing the visa process is available, and it costs extra, it should work!
