This is the first time I have ever had to apply for a visa. Doing it with ivisa made it simple and quick and I received my visa within two hours.
Speed of processing excellent. HOWEVER, (a) I received e-mail from you stating that the visa is issued and done, when the attachment from the State of Kuwait only stated that the visa application is currently under processing. (b) you do not retain all the information submitted (DOB, Passport number, etc. etc. etc.) to pre-populate forms for the next time you ask for a visa. Much needless typing.
Before I paid you $20, you showed me the processing time 12 hours. But after I paid you the money and submitted the application, you showed me processing time 2 days. This has put me in confusion that whether I can get my visa before my departure for Kuwait. This is not fair. You should show 2 days processing time in both place.

Its surprise me how fast i can get the visa after apply it.
If you promise to arrange the visa in 3 days it's quite normal to do the work in 3 days, not 6. If I call you after 5 days and you say you will do the work the same day it's quite normal to do it the same day.
It was very easy - try to book early to avoid express charges. In my case it was unavoidable and I appreciated the option.
