The picture submitted to me was slightly different than the one i have given you.. the editing was done on the size only which could have been done by anyone.. The picture was not accepted by the e-visa system of Kyrgyz Republic so i ended up going to a photographer shop to have it retaken.

I paid the express service in advance to my trip, which should've come a day later after I applied, but the company informed me about three days later that there would be delays. After a week waiting, I had not received yet my visa, so I had to travel to Kyrgzystan without one. Luckily I could get one on arrival, but applying with ivisa was a waste of time and money.
We get the visa long after the date the iVisa has guaranteed. So we have to canceled our flight and hotel in Kyrgyzstan and rescheduled everything and it cost us around $1000 to do all these things. The customer service kept sending useless message in response to our urgent question such as we will make sure to satisfy our customers. I would say iVisa guaranteed something they can not achieve and over-charged the service they cannot provide. We’re really unhappy about the service and there’s no way to require the compensation due to their incompetence.
I had un matched experience, as online appliactaion not came as per gieven period of time and even when i tried to contact with indian given number on website nobody answering. The person chat with me was good but for me if you hold big responsibilty you should be accountable for everythings. There answer is simple delay from government. I have to contact by myself the goverment in term to move fast my application that really work in my case.
They offered a 2 day fast track option at an extra cost, and I only received the visa on day 6, almost having to cancel our full trip. I do appreciate that they agreed to refund me the extra cost, but they shouldn't offer processing times that they don't have control over. They did respond to my queries, but the answers were very generic, empty responses that did not make me feel comfortable that they were even following up on my request.
