Charging 300 USD for a travel declaration form just because Google tops their website first on the search. This service is completely free and instant on Maldives official website. After complaining and requesting for a full refund they’ve only agreed to refund 50% which is still outrageous for basically doing nothing…will never, ever use IVisa again nor will ever recommend to anyone!!!
SCAM We found out at the airport checkin that we need a Health Declaration QR code to travel to the Maldives, and ivisa is the first site that appeared when we searched online. It looked legit, and we were in a rush. So we filled the forms, and then there were different processing times. Our flight was in 3 hours so we chose the rush order, and paid ~200 EUR. Later we found the official maldives government website, and found out that the process is actually INSTANT and FREE !?! COMPLETE SCAM
Before our visas released, I sent a message at the chat saying that we missed our flight (the airplane had technical problems and the flight was cancelled) so our date of arrival at Maldives changed to the next day, September 7th. So, few hours later, We received our visas expiring at 21:37 of September 6th, 2020, but we are scheduling to arrive about 9:05 AM of September 7th.
