The field enter by land was a mandatory requirement with no option of travelling by air. Ticking the box, now I have a visa is saying I’m entering by land and not by air and I am worried that this would be rejected and I’ll need to purchase another visa
wish you had made it clear that I needed hard copy of receipt, or better yet made it an attachment along with the forms. What a waste of money!
they say they can make the visa yo pay send the info and then they dont say nothing until they say is not possible but not even explain why
I filled up on time the form, i paid,and never received any confirmation for you, I filled in the airport again, l lost my fly and all,because tour failed. You owe me, because i filled it up twice.
No support! On two occasions I have used iVisa and carefully followed the instructions. Both times, the images printed too large to be used and I had to spend three times as much each time to purchase useful passport/visa photo at the pharmacy. Complaints have fallen on deaf ears.
I paid for the photo and paid extra to have it mailed because the digital copy would not print. Never received it. So now I’ve paid twice to this company and still have no photo
Did not fulfill the requested service. Overcharged for the requested service. Poor response/customer service to correct the errors in service.
Just got an email from IVisa saying that they will be taking my review down because of "defamation". They didn't care to provide any factual basis for it, they were just scrubbing the website off of low ratings. Don't believe anything you see here, these reviews are either scrubbed or manufactured. Shameful. The person who was "helping" me with the visa, intentionally and without telling me about it put my visa authorization on hold because they decided that I didn't need it so soon, which in turn delayed my airfare purchase. When I told then that that was unacceptable, I got a very rude response.
The Print quality of travel card pdf which was issued to me was too bad, I tried all possible options to get better quality printout but it didn’t come out crisp. The immigration did not accept my travel card Despite showing her soft copy of my travel card. I had manually fill the travel card for again. I waisted money on getting the travel card from ivisa . They said my travel card is approved and immigration will have your information in their system but nothing that short of thing happed. I m taking about Mexico travel card here,
Initially I thought this is a great tool and was happy about how convenient it was to get the visa for mexico. But then I found out I paid for something that is free!!!!!!!!! And you made it very difficult to understand that on your website. Be honest with your customers! Don't keep it in the fine print! Say it's free but that you can take care of it for us and that costs $20. Then each person can consider if they want to pay you for this service. A dishonest business model!!!!
I´ve been cheated by ivisa.com I paid for nothing and now I have no time enough to get my papers in order to go to another country. ivisa.com made sure to have my money on it's account and never gave me what I paid for. If ivisa.com post this comment I hope many people can read it so they can not be cheated and stolen.
Paid 60$ for expedited service and my form is still not submitted to the Mexican government yet. I have talked to multiple people and I’m being told it’s busy and that I should be patient.
First opinion: Very quick. Also the chat service was very decent. Last Opinion: After my trip I found out that such form was delivered three times by the airline (during check-in), during the flight (by the crew) and by the goverment itself before you enter Mexico. You dont need this services. I Want my money back.
