I´ve been cheated by ivisa.com I paid for nothing and now I have no time enough to get my papers in order to go to another country. ivisa.com made sure to have my money on it's account and never gave me what I paid for. If ivisa.com post this comment I hope many people can read it so they can not be cheated and stolen.
Process was really slow, I expected to receive this form within a few hours, but that wasn't the case.

Paid 60$ for expedited service and my form is still not submitted to the Mexican government yet. I have talked to multiple people and I’m being told it’s busy and that I should be patient.
Hopefully this will save us time, I will rate 5 stars next time if I use ivisa again.
It took 4 days to get because the port of entry was missing. It was very unclear on your list of ports of entry to choose from which one mine was as the bridge had many different names and no one seemed to know which one i wanted. I got cut off twice on the chat feature online. I could not enter the port of entry online???

First opinion: Very quick. Also the chat service was very decent. Last Opinion: After my trip I found out that such form was delivered three times by the airline (during check-in), during the flight (by the crew) and by the goverment itself before you enter Mexico. You dont need this services. I Want my money back.

iVisa has a time saving service. I had a small misconception as to what the services were, but that has been resolved. If time is important to you I suggest you use their services.
This was a fairly easy process because I am familiar with filling out on-line forms. I think for some people it would have been more difficult. Some of the questions and inquiries were not clearly understandable.
Hi, 9/20 I want to ask for refund for my visa application. I applied the 180 days stay in Mexico, but the ivisa team send me the visa only for "7" days. The result is that I have to apply again for another visa directly from the mexico government. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9/21 Got some trouble with the visa, but the customer service team responsed pretty fast to my questions. Nice customer service.

great response, attentive, just waiting time is so long. it was a whole month instead of 3 business days as I was told.
The process of filling out my information and getting the copy of the card through email was about 20 min. Total. Customer service was responsive to all emails in regulars to questions and concerns.
