Paid for document that is completely free otherwise, obviously my fault but they make it look like its necessary. Then when I got in touch with someone to double check my details and what it is exactly was immediately asked to pay another fee! Thankfully by then I knew better..

I want a refund of the money you received from me for four worthless sheets, please show me a way to get the money back. In addition, you abused the feelings and honesty of Visa software users, and this is against the rules.

I tried to pay for the service with American Express and it was rejected several time and no one knew why, Called A-E all was good there. So I Had to use the visa card to do it. If you do not want the A-E, do not use the logo for them as i though there was some thing wrong with the card not the merchant site

The process is not difficult, but is a bit complicated. we don't know what are the document needed for the application, only after paying and then we provide the documents especially, the health declaration. The price for the visa is too high, especially now that it is online. When not online we paid much less for the Visa to Morocco. Thank you

Overall pretty straight forward....just hard to track everything down for the 5 travelers in our group.
I paid about 500 egp for just a health document every one can do it him self for free and if you forget it you will take a hard copy from airport for free also shame on you.

I am completely in absolutely disappointment in this service that I have received from Ivisa. I have applied for a tourist Visa for three people and they have sent me three travel health declaration forms that I don't need. I have spoken and already complained to Ibiza and they said the reason anything that they can do about in giving me a refund this site states that it helps people in obtaining Visa for travel purposes but they can't even help me with issuing me a Visa from Morocco. Please avoid this company and don't fall for their trap.

I’m not sure what I actually received for my money. I thought the health forms which I filled out, would generate a scan code to my phone to show airport officials and customs, etc. , but I just received the forms to be downloaded and to be printed out. This is something I could have done for free of charge on the government website, and also printed out. What was the advantage going through your company? I haven’t traveled since before the epidemic, and was confused with the latest requirements. I feel like I was ripped off actually, because I’m not sure why it would be necessary or helpful using your services.

This company is a total scam. They had me pay 20$ to fill out a health form that is free to fill in yourself.
I asked for a touristic visa and as the service seemed too good to be true i double checked immediately and realized they are offerig smth different. Even if this conversation took place after one minute no reimbursement was accepted and the conversation was cut short with a few automatic replies. Avoid them
This is my second time using IVisa for paperwork to travel with and as before they were fast and efficient in producing the paperwork I need for my trip overseas. My last form was processed within 24 hours and had no issues entering the country of my destination. Thanks again for being so thorough and quick in processing mine and my companion’s paperwork.
It would have been helpful if the site would copy the travel information, such as previous cities visited, for all passengers.
