For last month I am unable to finish my application inspite of very helpful team on Wattsapp and email I am so scared to miss my trip because of delayed reply
So far good service but I haven't used the entry form yet.
Despite my confusing the entry document with a visa the paperwork was received in full and on time. The process was easy and the contacts made helpful. So much better than the UK's convoluted system.
I didnt realise that I had to have this document until I arrived at Heathrow Airport. Thank you for dealing with this matter so quickly. Margaret Knight
