The website and app are easy to use. I did find that the app did not give correct messages, only stating that the passport photo needed to be added - when in fact it was ok, but other docs were actually needed. Also, for Pakistan, it seems that an invitation letter is always needed. I originally planned to stay in a hotel to avoid the need to do that, but the government still required an invitation letter. Since I was visiting a friend, where the letter is always required for submitting, I figured I would cancel my hotel and just stay with him. Why not request the invitation letter in the beginning of the process and save some time. I did find that anyone I interacted with via email was very polite and quick turnaround on answers. I would use iVisa again for complete visa needs.
In the end what count is that I got the visa, but I kept receiving requests for integrations, some of which I had already sent earlier
Good flow of information about the status of the application. Very nice care. Speedy completion with competent advice. Gladly again and I would be happy to recommend iVisa to others.

Good service, very kind people, fast response time but could be a little faster at times but other than that no real issues, would definitely recommend for others.
Asked for too many documents which when i applied before in embassy only the invitation letter was needed other than that they were very helpful and easy to get the visa.
IVisa were I think somewhat hamstrung by some IT issues but also the information demands from the Pakistan Authorities are somewhat burdensome - given that we are going very briefly as tourists. We are VERY GRATEFUL to now have two valid visas.
