This is my first time to apply for my e visa i have good experience with all people
The website and app are easy to use. I did find that the app did not give correct messages, only stating that the passport photo needed to be added - when in fact it was ok, but other docs were actually needed. Also, for Pakistan, it seems that an invitation letter is always needed. I originally planned to stay in a hotel to avoid the need to do that, but the government still required an invitation letter. Since I was visiting a friend, where the letter is always required for submitting, I figured I would cancel my hotel and just stay with him. Why not request the invitation letter in the beginning of the process and save some time. I did find that anyone I interacted with via email was very polite and quick turnaround on answers. I would use iVisa again for complete visa needs.
In the end what count is that I got the visa, but I kept receiving requests for integrations, some of which I had already sent earlier
Getting a visa for Pakistan is certainly not an easy process, and the constant rejection of applications was starting to become quite stressful, especially as the trip got worryingly close. Having ivisa on hand to talk through the requirements and where I was going wrong, was absolutely invaluable, and without their help, I'm not sure I would have had the visa through in time. Getting a visa to visit Pakistan is not easy and I had great difficulty uploading all the information required for my visa .. but all the staff at ivisa were very patient and helped me through the process I thought after each successful upload that we were ‘ there’ … but then another issue ‘popped up’ … I would not have been aware of these without ivisa support Probably dealing with one issue at a time was the correct approach for me , as living in a remote location internet access is not consistent. I think all the staff who dealt with me were helpful and efficient Response time by ivisa was good
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. The platform is full of bugs, they kept asking over and over again for the same documents, and they didn't get my visa on time. I have lost a flight because of the incompetence of this company and they reject to give me a refund (Even when their refund policy states very clearly that if they don't get a response on the specified time they have to refund) I don't recommend this service to anyone unless you want to be scammed.

I must say they were very helpful and if I needed anything they got right back with me and I never felt like I was doing it alone and I was amazed about how fast I got my visa,thank you all so much.
Bad process and bad timing. I started with a month to get the visa and only on the 29th of September I had the interview where my visa was approved, but ONLY until the 3th of October, I received it. So I should cancel my trip and I lost US$2.000 on the tickets. I am very disappointed.

Getting my visa to pakistan was not easy. There were many hiccups along the way including a flight from South Carolina to the Pakistani embassy in DC. Through all of this the team at Ivisa were very responsive and assisted me through the process. The email communication and chat feature was great! I wish there was a phone number to talk things out a bit quicker when there are misunderstandings but other than that I highly recommend them.
