Asked for too many documents which when i applied before in embassy only the invitation letter was needed other than that they were very helpful and easy to get the visa.

This is a scam. The reviews are probably paid for. GO DIRECTLY TO THE CONSULATE WEBSITE TO APPLY IF POSSIBLE!! Fee to expedite turned out to be extra delay. Worst experience ever. The customer service line is worthless. They see, or should I say disclose, less information then what you can get online yourself. These guys are charging extra fees for absolutely no reason. Maybe for our grandparents; those who are not computer savvy. Do it yourself. Reach out to the consulate; at least then you can hold someone accountable.
Template responses to emails, never once called back when they said they would, left on hold for an average time of 45 minutes. All emails came from "visa team" so it was impossible to call the person who emailed you. They say they are open "24/7" but later admitted this is not the case as they are in Delaware and are not open until the afternoon in Europe. As we were applying for a visa to Pakistan they also admitted that it was impossible for them to contact them during working hours. They asked for unnecessary documentation that was not required by the Pakistan Visa Dept, If I had done this myself it would have taken half the time. As it was we finally received the visas 12 hours before flying and the only reason for that was that I took it into my own hands and contacted the head of the Visa team in London
Absolutely awful. Supposed to be expedited visa application and took a month. Tried almost daily to get help but really unhelpful people on chat room.
I have had a bad experience because you kept on saying the visa is not ready.This was after 2 weeks. I had to travel to the Pakistan Embassy to find out.To my surprise is was ready and you had delayed me knowing that I was travelling in 2 days time. You caused me stress and I took time off from work to chase my visa.

Only issue i had was that child's birth certificate and marriage certificate were not asked to be uploaded on the original application Late request for the above caused me to become quite anxious and nervous

Fine. They helped with the application (the easy bit), for a high price. When my visa app hit complications post-submission, iVisa were unable to help.
I received my visa, but the process was not smooth. Several time there were problems, but I was never notified of the problem and did not find out about it until I checked on the website myself and chatted with them. The visa was suppose to be emailed to me, but I kept waiting and never received it until I went to the website myself and found that I could download it from the website. My issue was poor communication. I never received a single email from this after the initial application was completed.

IVisa were I think somewhat hamstrung by some IT issues but also the information demands from the Pakistan Authorities are somewhat burdensome - given that we are going very briefly as tourists. We are VERY GRATEFUL to now have two valid visas.
