I ordered 2x2 passport photos to be sent to Walgreens. When I picked them up, they told me that the size of my photos are not passport size, that they were off a few centimeters, and they charged me $15.99. So I did not get them and contacted ivisa customer service. They replied promptly and send my photos to CVS instead and that I should only be paying $0.39. Picked up my photos with no issues this time.
I am very happy. It was a relief to find out that they had a rush method available after my oversight. I chose the 4 hour rush and my Health Verification Pass was completed in under 2 hrs.

Everything was fine. You did as you said you would do for me. Unfortunately, due to covid, I could not use this iVisa document that you sent me. I was hoping that we could postpone this for another date? If you can do that, then your review would be a lot nicer from your customers. I think that companies like yourself should understand the worldwide situation and grant these type of requests. Look forward with doing business in the future and if all goes well, then I can highly recommend your services to people that I know. I have been traveling and living in the Philippines since the early '80's. My house is there and my wife and children were all born in Cebu. Thank you for your efforts and I am certainly looking forward to your reply.

By far the easiest website to use and the information is current with excellent instructions on how to complete the e-CIF form.
Glad to finally be able to get this E-Cif obtained. Getting it otherwise was nothing short of a nightmare. Forms were easy to fill out and they kept contact about when it would be processed. No hassle from these ppl, s I do recommend using this service. Much appreciated.
