I was charge a huge amount over the actual cost for My Sri Kanka visa Also, Inadvertently applied for a Columbian visa- I didn’t realise somehow my Sri Lsnka application had switched to a Columbian one! Although I informed IVisa of my error, the Columbian visa has not been cancelled and I have been charged for this visa; and over charged by appropriately $350 NZ for the Sri Lanka visa. I have had no communication from IVisa about these matters
You mugged me off. The price of the visa is 150 dollars for 3 people while you charged me 460 dollars.

never again. The agency was not aware of the new application formalities due to the corona regulations. I waited 6 weeks for the visa and finally contacted the embassy, immigration authorities, the hotel and ultimately the travel agency, who finally took care of the activation of the visa. the agency didn't manage anything and without my efforts I wouldn't have got the visa until departure. the service is a cheek.

I paid extra for 4 hours visa. I got it late. If you can't guarantee time then you shouldn't charge extra from customers. I need my extra money back.

I had A LOT OF TROUBLE with this application as time and again your office wanted PHOTOS to be attached to the VISA. I in fact sent a photo but I have received no receipt for it and I don't have time to worry about it. Why was I loaded with unnecessary requests ? I am not happy AT ALL. I am happy that this headache is at last over , I hope !
Horrible service! I tried to use the help desk and they were slow to nonresponsive. I paid 4 times the amount compared to my friend and it took even longer than him to receive his visa!
Having taken money for a 30min approval, It took you two days. I have already arrived in the said country. And had to spend more for a visa on arrival. This is not right!
The cost I paid for getting the visa was atrocious. The actual cost of the Govt is only $20 per person and these people charged me $84 for two persons. Then they gave a bait that if I take the visa from them that day a discount of 30% would be offered on their services which came out to be $12 and hence still I landed up paying $72 as against the Govt fee of $40. Please be cautious of the schemes and go directly to the Govt website eta.gov.lk slvisa and you will get the visa in no time for $20 per person only.
Very quick service took less than an hour to process, and cost over £100 for two visas. Feel totally ripped off!
As an Indian passport holder, your website gives WRONG INFORMATION. It charges excessively for a visa that costs 20 USD and is immediate from the Sri Lankan government’s side. Just because of misinformation such as on your website (where you add in rush fees, and processing fees as separate to the actual visa fee, it’s disconcerting to make such a mistake and pay all these extra fees when the truth is the visa comes almost instantly! It took less than 15 min to receive my approval email, and I have now found out that on the government website, the visa email is almost immediate! Regardless of when you apply. It’s just left a bad taste in my mouth and I will NOT BE USING YOUR SERVICES again. Think about lowering your various fees and being true to the actual service you’re providing.

The process was pretty easy and simple. my issue is that i paid $40 for my visa whereas the fee should only be 20$ . I was told that your website is charging a 20$ premium as the service fee. i would be grateful to you if you could refund me only the service fee. I believe a 100% service fee is a little unfair . They are charging Visa fee - 20$ and service fee - 20$. The Visa application is pretty simple to fill, charging 20$ is waste of money. We can directly apply in the Sri Lanka site do it on our own. The application asks only basic info and u get the visa mailed within hours. I wouldn't recommend ivisa.
