I liked the ease of applying for my visas but being in the over 50 age bracket I’m hoping I haven’t been scammed.
It was quite difficult because all part of the document did not completely open and I had to rebeging twice after having paid a rate quite high…and so the 3 days delay we paid was quite overFinally we got it but for it was a bit anguishing
I have trouble on line. Think I paid twice as thought I had made a mistake the first time.
Very quick and easy. Passport photo and selfie were not required. Its also expensive leaving me questioning if I had just been scammed.
I filled by mistake the wrong family name because forgot to cancel mine instead of the one of my mother in law traveling with us, we are a group of 6 people and till now I’m still not able to get the new visa even after applying again. The system is asking me to cancel the wrong application to proceed with the new one
I didn’t like that. I had to purchase one of three add-ons at the end before I could submit my form. I didn’t want to purchase any of them, but had no choice.
I was a little disappointed that I had to contact iVisa via the CHAT portal to ask why my husband's visa for Sri Lanka had been added to the website for download but mine had not. On inquiring I was suddenly told that 'oh yes, we have your documentation now". I suspect that they had both come at the same time and only my husband's was loaded to the website.
The service was good but I was disappointed to discover that I could have got my visa directly from the Sri Lankan website, so a bit annoyed that I paid $32 processing fee!
The Visa was not approved in 30 min as promised. I called the embassy of SiriLanka in Washington DC and they said your agengy is fake.
Medium because they first saying no tapproved because documents are not provided they email come approved
I paid for the rush service but sadly didn’t receive my visa within 3 hours. After speaking to staff via chat it was sent to me quickly. I also received a refund for the rush fee. There seemed to be a delay with approval from the government but I am pleased with how ivisa dealt with my complaint quickly and appreciate the refund.
