I appreciate the ease and convenience of the iVisa experience with obtaining 2 visas. However it is extremely expensive in comparison to the real cost.
The application process was straightforward and relatively easy apart from uploading photographs that were suitable, (an ongoing difficulty for anyone with technology issues). The only real downside was the cost.

Applying for my tourist visa was very fast, simple, and the process took two days I like the way they kept me informed of the progress, so I didn’t have to worry or think about it. I had my visa rapidly and simply. The only issue I had was when I tried to print it and it could’ve been my printer, but it took me a little bit of time to print a physical copy. But I don’t know that that is because of the app. Overall, I was really pleased with experience.
Was easy to do but would have appreciated an embedded link to the web site. Says go to website and login in, but doesn't say what website
I had mistakenly applied for the business visa and was no longer able to change it myself. I was then helped online. The application is canceled and I can start again from the beginning.
Very easy to apply for a visa. I travel to India a lot and am used to filling in their complicated visa forms, this was so much easier but not sure I’d go it again because of the price.

It was easy to apply for the visa and the answer came back within a short time. The only thing I didn't like is the price for the whole process, it is very expensive!
I must say that the whole process was straightforward. However some points that were needed for the visa only appeared later. I may have wrongly assumed that all the info had been given.
Quick and easy to navigate, however i am not sure what the charges are and how that will benefit me in the future. While i got a message on the refund of Visa charges for Indians visiting Srilanka before 31st March 2024, i am not sure what the other charges and what is that meant for. It was easy to follow the directions. The only issue was Brazil. That was a nightmare .I got on my ship without the required visa. Most of the 1300 passengers had the same problem. Lucky for us we were given a 90 day wavier.

Process is simple easy and fast. Only set back was helpline, it was helpful but very slow.
This was very very quick and the visa team was in touch constantly - so excellent service. Unfortunately, I had to get the visas done quickly so was stunned at the outrageous hike in price for this so that has coloured my experience a little.
An excellent site for getting the visa. Hassle-free and clear guidelines. The only glitch is that it did not allow me to upload my passport though instructions said a scanned copy was required.

Everything is amazing from service to customer service,except the promised delivery dates.
Communication was good but instead of waiting 30 minutes I had to wait for one hour although I paid the fee for the 30 minutes processing.
For business if you are issuing a 1 - 6month visa , multiple entry instead of double entry would have been ideal - like its done in other countries.

Good service overall except for the delay by additional 36 hours... Also chat service for queries yielded no response after initial acknowledgement. Expect more easily approachable and transparent customer service options.
At first I did think it was good, now after finding the problems that I am charged 4 times the amount what should be and NO one is willing to talk to me after phone calls from Aust. to Us and emails to date no reply , a visa to Sri lanka cost US $ 35 from Austalia I am being charged US$330.84 and NO One wants to talk to me , So for the fast service I received after they told me it would take 3 working days I did received next day with a 400% increase in Price ??, the call center phones are a waste as they refer to the US phone number it makes you think you are dealing with ?????? I had misplaced the link - when secured I completed the application and was very efficiently an acknowledgement and receipt was sent to my email. As promised the visa was issued within the 24 hours which was appreciated. Thank you.
The fees amount was not clear at the time of filling the form.It was showing half the amount what actually was charged. Suggest this to be made clear to the applicant at before he apllies for ETA. Otherwise the process was quite smooth and quick.

Visa processing service fees is more than 100% cost of the Visa (USD 20) fees itself. Need to consider revising for SAARC countries. Speed at which the Visa was processed is amazing.
the website to get my SRI LANKA visa was user friendly. Also, I got quick responses to my questions regarding a UAE visa but not an answer, just a suggestion of a place to try to get my answer Hopefully the suggested site will be able to help me
