Give the correct cost amount for the entire transaction from the beginning
I paid $30 to have my visa emailed to me in 24 hours. It took 3 days and I had to email them to see what was happening with it. Meanwhile I tried to go through another company however couldn’t as my visa was already “approved” though they hadn’t sent it to me or told me that it had been processed. I should really be refunded my money as it took 3 times as long as it should have to receive my visa. Waste of money and lack of communication. Better off going through another .gov site.
Much easier and lees costly application process than other online visa providers Nobody is ever on the chat line to help - dialed long distance to US for help and no response
We had applied Visa for 4 people to be given within24hrs. 3 people were given the Visa but the 4th person’s visa did not come through. We communicated repeatedly but still the visa was not given. We had to waste precious time in the day of Departure to request once again for visa for the 4th person. Visa came through an hour before we had to leave for the airport. Very inefficient & poor service
This month no charge for visa Can you refund the money we have paid
I use SBI VISA card from India. But, could not pay using this. It showed as payment could not be made and asked to contact my bank although my card worked perfectly for transactions in other websites.. So, had to use my friend's credit card to use... even though I contacted the customer care, the problem was not resolved.
The service fee is very high would like to get a 20% refund..
Fairly simple process, though entirely too many emails on follow-up and request for more $.
The website got hang in between & I had to reenter the application. Further the visa validity shown in opening screen does not match with final visa.
Service is not so good as Sri Lanka is not charging for the children of age 2 - 12 years, but you are charging 20 USD. This is not at all fair. Traveler from India to Sri Lanka should not be charged so highly as we are in SAARC countries. Proportionately the service charges should be reduced.
