My experience with them is great it is all dependability and efficiency.
I like that you can get a visa for the entire family in one application. There is no redundancy. And it saved me the trouble of finding all my travel documents that applying directly even online to the consulate will entail. It costs me a bit more money but to save me the headache makes it all worth it.
I paid for extra rush 4 hours and received my visa in 11 hours instead. Don’t make promises you can’t keep and they didn’t even refund me for delaying the visa. If they don’t deliver within that time frame they are supposed to refund me the rush fee.

This is a scam! I applied for a VISA and got charged for a Passenger Locator form instead. When contacting customer service to get a refund they answer that because the status of my order was “completed” I was not eligible for a refund. And that the reason why I got charged for a Passenger Locator Form was because I didnt need a Visa. 1/ I was not made aware at any point that I didn’t need a Visa. 2/ I got automatically charged for a service I didn’t request. After spending 7 hours on a Saturday going back and forth explaining that regardless of the status of my order I was automatically charged for the wrong product my refund request was bluntly DECLINED! This goes against customer rights. Unacceptable.

Fraudulent services, I applied for single entry and they charged £40+ for the passenger locator form, they made wait from 5th August to 12th august and charged £40 for writing my name and address on form which anyone can write by themselves, such a scammers are sponsored by #BBC, careful with these. Scammers, Fraudulent name ivisa lol and they doing actually locator form, you will realise when you been scammed and stuck in airport, after getting payment and scamming you they will tell in an email that it’s not visa application but a locator form application.. better to not use there services at all,
I paid for a Visum that when I got to Turkey I did not need and had to pay for a new one.
Worked pretty easy but got stuck on the last to have a confirmation by mail to home adress, because of short notice it was not needed but got an e-mail to complete the application! Would be good if you could just fill in “v” not required. Otherwise it worked smoothly

I applied for Turkey visas for our family of 4 and also the passenger locator forms within the standard (not even rush) timelines and they were issued very quickly (only within a few hours we got our visas and passenger forms, at standard price). The process is very fast and efficient, also filling up the online forms (for a family of 4) was quite easy compared to other online tools or sites. The processing fees were also slightly lower than other sites — of course the passenger locator forms are free if you do it directly but it’s not so bad to pay a little extra for some advance convenience if you are OK with it. As the Turkish visa government site seems to be always down or difficult to access, the iVisa option made our travel documents preparations much easier and stress-free. I was initially apprehensive at first but I did some research online and while there are some negative reviews for this site, there are more positive reviews so I proceeded to avail of their services and I’m glad I did :)

I already had these forms for free but thought there should be an HES number to show at customs. So you have charged me £42 for completed forms, what a rip off. If you have any decency you will refund my money.
This visa was not accepted by border control . Had to apply for an e visa at airport there. Please refund my $78!!

you are the worst company ever in service (long time process I waited 8 days instead of 24 hours), cheating on customers as I applied to get an e-visa and got instead (health declaration for covid 19) which is a free document that I already got from the airline company and filled it by my own. Plus a very bad customer service that didn't help or understand the problem and just answer prepared answers in a very long time. It took me one and a half hours to be able to chat with the customer service. she answers and goes without reading my answer or waiting for my reply and comes back after a very long time to just answer *not useful answers* and go. In results I couldn't get help or any refund. It is the worst experience ever, I don't recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE CHECKED THE TURKISH GOVERMENT SITEI...we feel very annoyed am not sure how this is supposed to work but having filled in form, paid the initial fee then submitted a further confirmation message comes asking me to complete then it will not allow you further without more payment...I think we have been taken for a ride..it is possible to get your PLF easily without any hassle at all in 30 seconds on a government site without these outrageous charges.. I am adding a postscript..I wrote to complain to this company and a young man responded quickly, he could not understand what had happened and he said my paperwork had been approved, but he still did not change the real problem that this company have an email sent out to you which thanks you for your application but you need to do one more step...this step does not allow you to finish the application without paying first, (you have already paid on the initial application and the form from Turkish government is FREE OF CHARGE).....no mater what you do..it is this that makes me think that the employees answering questions dint know how bad their site is..if you complain they will push a very inadequate PLF form to you..I used the government site afterwards, very comprehensive, easy to use and all info on the form which arrived in 30 seconds...you don't need this company site..

Your technical support is good, nevertheless the procedure to receive a visa is not customer friendly. In early time I could buy the e-visa some days in advance without any restriction from Turkish government. It is also difficult to understand the reason for payment of 8 Euros to get the visa in email???
Reasonably easy form to use apart from the area you're visiting..no Bodrum, Turgutris etc. Went online to find Turkish spelling of area where staying.

I have never received a visa with so less effort. thanks once again, you are definitely 5 * worth. wish you could help with Croatia we have to fly 16 june and still does not have any flight ticket etc. so I am sitting on pins and needles .
