Technically it's not possible to provide a copy of ticket without a valid visa. Ticket shall follow only after visa. So asking for proof of ticket for the visa processing doesn't make sense.
I had multiple mails and follow up reminders regarding the Visa approval and processing. It took us more than 40 days before we get the approval of this Visa. I would say my review is somewhere slight below average due to inconvenience and long que time of waiting until we get the Visa approval. I hope this won't happen again in the future out else we might adjust our date of application to be earlier in 2 months before our flight departure date. Thank you

It took a very long time to attain what should have been a very simple e-visa. It took over 4 weeks for an approval that should take no more than 2 weeks based on the consulate web site. In fact it was sitting with iVisa for 2.5 weeks before it was even submitted for govt approval! I couldn't even get a reason for the delay as iVisa customer service was generally poor! I had to chase iVisa up at every turn to see what was actually happening and to to get things moving. Also status updates were poor. Thankfully the last consultant took it upon herself to find out what was happening and got a reason from the govt authority for the delay. Apparently it had to do with incorrect documentation for travel insurance when in fact I know I submitted the correct documentation. I resubmitted the exact same documentation as previously and behold it was approved within hours! So who is at fault here? I am very disappointed with this service. I thought their job was to facilitate and improve the time to attain a visa approval by ensuring that there are no mistakes and all documentation provided meet visa requirements. Obviously they failed at this because if the travel insurance certificate that was provided didn't meet consulate requirements ( which i doubt) this should have been checked before submission. If it wasn't for the last consultant I would have rated this a 1 star and probably still be waiting. My advice is to do the visa application yourself. At least you have control and unless it's a very complicated application it's quicker not to mention a lot cheaper to apply directly to the consulate yourself. Will not be using a visa service again unfortunately.
I was referred by a friend. I would say that overall I was a little disappointed with the service. The time window they give you is absolutely no indication on when you will receive the visa as they consistently run over time and experience 'delays in processing the visa' I used them for both an invitation letter, a Ukranian visa, and my parents invitation letter. For the money we pay we should expect far better service, if they cannot meet the expected time frame in having a visa outcome, they should heavily refund you for the price you paid.
I would have given you 5 stars except for the fact that you scared the hell out of me after 10 days you were still asked for more information getting near the time for my departure to Kiev . Thank you ! I am very relieved that I now have my visa and can proceed .

This service was fantastic. I paid for a rush service because I applied close to the intended travel dates (my own fault) and I certainly got priority! After I lodged the request I received an email the same day asking for further info on a few points, so obviously a detailed review of the application was done straight away. I gave the extra details and got almost immediate confirmation it was enough and that the application had been lodged. The visa arrived within the time promised. I could not be happier.
Although there were technical issues which delayed my visa being processed, I was kept informed every step of the way. Would definitely use again!
Screwed up application resulting in the visa being rejected. Applied again after great expense with extra flights etc. Finally got the visa. They refused to give a refund for their initial incompetence. Don't believe it when they say you are entitled to a refund if you are not satisfied. This business cost me just under $1,000 in extra flights/acommodation because of their inability to process the visa professionally. STAY AWAY from these people. They obviously farm out individual jobs to international hacks who claim they know what they are doing. They probably have the ability to remove this review anyway... so if you are one of the morons I have had to deal with, "THANK YOU"
