1 star as they didn’t really process the visa No confirmation if the application been submitted or anything we had been waiting for 3 weeks since we’ve submitted the application no answers, weeks passed and were getting close on the dates of our departure and needed the visa so we had to take matters into our hands and went to the Zimbabwe Embassy on our own and begged them to help us to process the visa and honestly without their help I don’t think Ivisa will actually get the visa for us.
The website told me I needed a visa and to start process to press start which I did but at the end all it says I am getting is a customs form. I feel like I got a bait and switch. I only wanted your help if you could get me the visa. I can do a custom form on my own.

Got my Zimbabwe eVisa letter after 7 days instead of 4 business days (as I purchase the RUSH service). I was relieved to see it at last, but also a little disappointed since it made me miss my expected timeline to apply for a South African multiple entry visa. IVisa staff was responsive.
I am happy overall as my visa was processed successfully on time. I could not rate 5 stars as there were issues with the review of my visa application - I suggest that iVisa reviews complete application along with all supporting documents and provides one feedback to the client instead of several separate emails for different sections of the application.

Overall, the service was good and straightforward. That said, I think you should cater for more specific requests e.g. I want to travel for an international festival at Vic falls. Therefore, I would not have an invitation letter, also, considering this is an international event, you should anticipate and design specific profile for such events instead of the generic visa request
I received my visa after 10 days, I paid to get it in 4 working days, Visa received my named mentioned wrong, this it the worst service visa office ever I face, I don't recommend it to any one you are a broker not an official office for Zimbabwe visa, I came to know from the embassy the official website evisa. Absolutely terrible experience! I do not recommend applying for any visa with them. They promised me the processing time would be 6 business days so I planned and booked my trip accordingly. I ended up waiting 14 BUSINESS DAYS to get the visa!!! And I had to lose money canceling my flights. That’s not even the worst part, the worst part is that they entered the visa information wrong and I received a different visa type altogether! It was a horrible experience and an absolute waste of time and money. You are better off applying for a visa yourself.

I have stucked to access Zimbabwe e-visa website for a week so I decided to use iVisa, and the result is excellent, thank you iVisa.
1. The expectations is that the Visa will be issued in 2 working days, for an application filed on the 27th receipt of Approved visa on the 4th of January is unsatisfactory. 2. There were multiple e-mail notifications to provide additional documentation, when all documentation requested had been submitted.

Almost did not get the visa. We followed the visa ourselves at the zimababwe embassy (if we did not do that, Im sure we will not make it on time). The Ivisa customer service always answer the same question (that the visa is still processing)
After constant follow up I didn't get a timely response and eventually I had to cancel my trip. Thank you so much for such a poor turnaround time.
The chat box was excellent help. AIRBNB PROOF OF accommodation could not be uploaded as the proper format so I shifted to AGODA. The chat representative walked me through the procedure to avoid being charged twice since my page was lost when I clicked the back button. She was very patient. I received my e-visa in 4 days, this is fast for a normal process.
You need to update the visa requirements on your website so that a person may prepare all of these documents before fill in the application form. Other than this, your service is great.
I got Immediate response from ivisa.com. Although I paid for standard process which is 6 days I got my visa in 3 days. Excellent job!

Give possible solution on how to solve the problem. Suggest though to include the application reference number in the communication forwarded to clients without being ask for it.

Too many irrelevant requests. When you have my passport as a Nigerian, traveling ticket from Nigeria and letter requesting for a visa with Nigerian address and you still want me to produce letter to show am based or reside in Nigeria. Your Website is also not user friendly, as its practically impossible to attach any document online.

It is a good platform, the only challenge was nationality. There few country's passport nationalities (e.g., Congo-Brazzaville). Please consider this.
