The Aruba ED Card is a required travel document for all non-residents who wish to visit Aruba. The Aruba ED Card does not replace a visa, so if your nationality needs a visa to travel to Aruba, you need to get that in addition. The Aruba ED Card was created as a measure to protect the public health of residents and non-resident travelers to Aruba amid the coronavirus pandemic.
WHO CAN ENTER ARUBA WITH THIS DOCUMENT
Anyone who wishes to enter this country must fill out the Aruba ED Card within 72 hours before arrival in Aruba. All passengers must have Aruba Visitors Insurance and proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours to 12 hours prior to your departure to Aruba.
All nationalities can apply.

The Aruba ED card must be filled in the 72 hours before arrival in Aruba by all travelers. It DOES NOT replace a visa. If your country requires a visa, the immigration officers will ask for your Visa when you enter the country.

One new requirement to be admitted in Aruba is the mandatory Aruba Visitors Insurance, which covers medical and non-medical expenses incurred if the applicant tests positive for COVID-19 during their stay in Aruba. The payment is included in iVisa fees.

At the airport, you must show your Covid-19 PCR Test executed between 3 days and 12 hours prior to your arrival in Aruba.

Upon arrival to Aruba, the respective authorities have the prerogative to screen and test you for COVID-19 as well as interview you in order to determine if you are freely admissible to Aruba under the Immigration laws and applicable health rules and regulations.

At the airport, you must show the QR Code that we will bring you, in order to pass the health check established by the Health Authorities.

It is highly recommended that you keep your ED Card Number and the associated QR Code with you either as a soft copy (smartphone, tablet, etc.) or as a hard copy in case of any failure in the system.
