Find the right Aruba visa for your trip and let iVisa handle the paperwork, review, and government filing.

For most travelers, the document needed to enter Aruba is the Aruba ED Card (Embarkation/Disembarkation Card) — a mandatory digital form every visitor must complete before boarding, separate from any visa requirement. Whether you also need a visa depends on your nationality and the purpose of your trip.
Start your application and iVisa will confirm exactly which Aruba travel document you need based on your nationality and trip, then prepare, review, and file it for you — so you can skip the queues and arrive ready to travel.
Requirements verified against official government sources
What each document covers, who it suits, and how it is issued.
All travelers are required to complete the Aruba ED Card before boarding their flight to Aruba. This digital system is a mandatory requirement to clear immigration and is separate from any visa requirements.

Yes. The ED Card is a mandatory entry requirement for every person entering Aruba, regardless of nationality or visa-exempt status (including US, Canadian, and EU citizens). It is a health and security declaration used by the Aruban government. The ED Card is free, however, if you need help with completing it - iVisa experts can help fill out the form and review it for mistakes before submitting for an additional fee.
As of July 2024, most international visitors arriving by air must pay a $20 Sustainability Fee. This fee supports the maintenance and protection of Aruba's natural environment. This is usually paid during the digital ED Card application process. However, if you visit Aruba twice in one calendar year, you only pay the $20 fee on your first trip.
You will receive a PDF confirmation via email with a "green checkmark". This document contains your approval status. You should save this on your mobile device or print a copy to show at check-in and to the Aruba Immigration officer. You can also find a copy of your ED Card confirmation in your iVisa dashboard if applied through us.
In Aruba, the length of your stay depends on your nationality and whether you own property on the island. Generally, for most tourists, the initial stay granted is 30 days, but this can be extended. Standard stay limits: Most tourists: You are typically granted a stay of up to 30 days upon arrival. Dutch and US nationals: Citizens of the Netherlands and the United States are often permitted to stay for up to 180 days per year without a special permit, but generally receive 90 days upon arrival which can be extended for another 90 days. Property owners: If you own a home, condominium, or timeshare in Aruba (or a yacht at least 14 meters long), you can stay for up to 180 days.
You can apply as soon as you have your flight and accommodation details. However, the official government system accepts submissions starting 7 days before your arrival. We recommend applying at least 24–48 hours before your flight.
Yes. Every traveler, including infants and children, must have their own individual declaration and QR code. You can use iVisa's "Add another person" feature to easily manage applications for the whole family in one session, saving time and effort.
Your airline will likely deny boarding — the Aruba ED Card is a no-doc, no-fly requirement, and it has to be approved before you check in. If you are already at the airport, complete it before joining the check-in queue, using Wi-Fi on your device; leaving it until you land is not an option. iVisa also offers Super Rush services for those in a hurry.
Get approved quickly — we handle the paperwork, the review, and the government filing, so you just show up ready to travel.
