What Is an e-Visa on Arrival?

Nigerian Immigration Services offers the e-visa on arrival for business travelers from Vanuatu. This is a short-term visa that requires you to submit an application online, be approved for the visa, then receive the visa upon arriving at your port of entry.

What Are the Documents that Citizens of Vanuatu Need to Upload for the e-Visa on Arrival Application?

For the business e-visa on arrival application, citizens of Vanuatu need the following documents:

  • Passport Photo (colored)
  • Introduction/Application Letter
  • Copy of Passport Data Page
  • Copy of Airline Return Ticket
  • Invitation Letter from Host Company
  • Corporate Affairs Commission Certificate from Host Company

At the Port of Entry, What Will I Need to Have With Me?

You will be required to present several documents as proof of your approved visa application in order to receive both your visa and entry into the country:

  • Visa Approval Letter, valid for 14 days from the date of issuance
  • Evidence of online payment
  • Valid Passport with minimum of six months validity
  • Valid return ticket

Please note that an approved e-visa on arrival application does not guarantee you entry into the country.

How Long Does It Take for My Application to be Processed?

The business e-visa on arrival application offers citizens of Vanuatu three processing speed options:

  • Standard: 30 days
  • Rush: 25 days
  • Super Rush: 20 days

How Much Does the Business e-Visa on Arrival Cost for Citizens of Vanuatu?

The processing speed you choose for your application will determine the cost of your e-visa on arrival. The prices for each processing speed are:

  • Standard: USD $185.99
  • Rush: USD $238.99
  • Super Rush: USD $261.99

Please note that all of these prices include processing fees.

How Many Times Can I Enter the Country with My Business e-Visa on Arrival?

Citizens of Vanuatu with a business e-visa on arrival will be allowed Single Entry.

When Does My Nigerian Business e-Visa on Arrival Expire?

Your Nigeria business e-visa on arrival will expire 14 days after issued. You will be unable to enter the country if you have an expired visa.

What Is the Max Stay Allowed for Vanuatu Citizens with a Business e-Visa on Arrival?

Your business e-visa on arrival application allows a max stay of 90 days Per Entry. Citizens of Vanuatu are advised that they are not permitted to stay longer than the max stay period.
