This is my first time to use. I'm still waiting for the visa, which they said they will only file in 2 weeks (as filing too early is not advisable). But applying and attaching documents was easy and clear. So process is friendly and simple. I am hoping for the best soon.
IVisa was definitely simpler than the application process on the government website - the only complaint I have is the response time, it could definitely be faster but all in all it was a very easy process. If I’m in a jam I’ll definitely use them again.

The company is reliable but there is gross lack of coordination in the team which accounts for more stress to the customer. Surely not the best in the market for applying e visa.

Is was a little long, the fields sometimes no easy to navegante, specially the dates.
Really quite simple after a daunting start. Had to make sure got the right form and that was the only difficult part.
The service was quick however some of the means of entering data is archaic for example entering your birthday if you’re 60 years old you have to click 72 times to enter your birth date there’s no way to just enter the numbers their IT guys need to address this -sent via iphone voice texting-
Terrible service. You guys did not get my Chile visa as an Australia and I was detained from 11pm to 5am then deported. With no sleep and no bags. Rendering my business trip a complete waste. Created great distress in a foreign country. Then separately you were no proactive enough on the Coivid entry requirements to get to a QR code for Chile also resulting in us missing our first flight. Entree into Brazil was ok as my first stop.

We were in a jam and contacted iVisa for help getting our Argentina Health Declaration approval. We paid for the 30 minute turnaround but it took over 4 hours. I emailed and used the chat feature and never heard Finally we sent a Facebook message and heard from Gino who took care of the issue in 15 minutes. My review is 1 star for iVisa and 5 stars for Gino for an average of 3 stars.
My application was turned down several times and now I may not be allowed to leave. I repeatedly ask what was wrong with my flight or the issue and no one can tell me. I was referred here and wish I had done it myself

Not clarified why a visa for Argentina for an Indonesian passport holder was not issued/granted.
We applied for our Argentina ETA 1 month ahead with 16 days average processing time. Got it 14 hours before our flight. On that part the effort seemed great and it's worth to pay the extra money for the application if you are short in time since they appear to have contacts at the embassy. However one thing left us dissatisfied. We actually needed to call and text them quite often to ask for the status of our order because we didn't get any update. I expected ivisa to keep us updated regularly for the last few days before our flight without us inquiring. That part could be handled better. All in all, I must say that it's quite convenient to apply for a visa through ivisa and it's nice that you can contact them to ask about the status of your visa.
